System Engineer (LENEL Systems Exp or Equivalent)
Key Requirements:
- Lenel OnGuard deployment, upgrade, integration, and troubleshooting experience
- Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and ELV systems
- Experience with CCTV platforms such as Hikvision, Avigilon, Milestone, VideoXpert
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries/scripts)
- Experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Solid system/network knowledge with strong troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, upgrade, and support Lenel access control systems
- Integrate security systems with network and database infrastructure
- Configure and support network components (firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP)
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues
- Coordinate upgrades and report system status to stakeholders
